After our initial consultation, I'll offer an assessment at an agreed rate to ensure that our collaboration feels like the right fit. Trust is essential for effective counselling and this assessment allows us to establish a solid foundation to begin our work together.

If we realise that I am not be the best fit for you, I'll refer you a trusted colleague who will be more able to meet your needs. 

£65 per session

When distance or convenience becomes a factor, online therapy emerges as a viable solution. It provides a flexible and accessible option for individuals seeking support, ensuring that geography or scheduling constraints do not hinder your access to quality care. I provide this through a Carepatron link that is provided to you via text or email. 

£45 per request

Documentation can sometimes aid in supporting a request outside of counselling. This can be provided for a nominal fee. 

I retain the right to refuse any request for supplemental documentation that falls outside the scope of my ethical practise. If not possible, we will brainstorm to redirect you toward an organisation more suitable for your request.

Need a therapeutic break? Going on an extended holiday but still want to keep your space? For breaks over the 4 weeks of holidays (see holiday policy), I provide an option to keep your space reserved for half the cost of a therapy session.

I offer this as an alternative to a typical full-fee charge per usual Freudian practise. This allows us to protect the space for your session until you are ready to return.
