free Intial Consultations

Assessments
After our initial consultation, I'll offer an assessment at an agreed rate to ensure that our collaboration feels right so that we're a good fit for each other. Your comfort and trust are essential, and this assessment allows us to establish a solid foundation for our work together.
If it becomes apparent during the assessment phase that I may not be the best fit for you, I'll work with you to develop a plan of action or provide referrals to trusted colleagues who may better meet your needs.
Phone/Online Counselling
£45 - 55 per session
When distance or convenience becomes a factor, online therapy emerges as a viable solution. It provides a flexible and accessible option for individuals seeking support, ensuring that geography or scheduling constraints do not hinder their access to quality care.
I provide phone counselling via Whatsapp and video counselling via Carepatron and MS Teams.
Face-to-Face Counselling
£50 - 60 per session
Face-to-face counselling sessions will be conducted in person at The Stockwell Centre, conveniently located in Colchester City Centre. This location ensures a comfortable and confidential environment for our in-person sessions with secure entry and a waiting room.
Letters/DOCUMENTS
£45 per request
Documentation can sometimes aid in supporting a request outside of counselling. This can be provided for a nominal fee. Counselling records take time to compile and will be billed accordingly.
As a counsellor, I retain the right to refuse any request for supplemental documentation if I believe the request falls outside the scope of my ethical practise. We would brainstorm to redirect you toward a suitable organisation more appropriate for your request.
LOW-COST Counselling
£35 per session
I offer a limited number of low-cost sessions for those who are unemployed or receiving benefits. My goal is to ensure that everyone who seeks support has access to the help they need, regardless of their financial situation. Proof of eligibility will be required to qualify for these sessions.
Please note that there may be a waitlist due to the limited availability of these slots.
