I have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If I have another space that week, I'm happy to reschedule, free of charge.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to the full session fee, including no-shows.

Fees are mutually agreed upon with the counsellor before the start of counselling.
I take payment via BACS or cash. I'm also happy to accommodate with credit card via Carepatron's payment provider, Stripe.
Payment should be sent before or directly after each session.
For assessment sessions, please be aware that pre-payment is required to confirm your space.
Yes! While my standard practice typically involves weekly counselling sessions, I understand that individual circumstances may vary. I'm always happy to have a conversation and brainstorm how to support you best.
If there is a demand for fortnightly counselling sessions, I will endeavour to accommodate this request whenever possible.
Absolutely! Everyone deserves time off, including both you and I. As part of our commitment to your well-being, I allocate 4 weeks of vacation time throughout the year:
Should you require additional time off beyond this, we can discuss arrangements to ensure I can hold your space for a nominal fee.
If you find that you want to end sessions, that's perfectly okay! Your comfort and well-being are of utmost importance, and I respect your decision.
We can openly discuss your feelings on ending and mutually agree on a number of sessions to wrap up our work together in a way that feels comfortable and respectful to you.
There are no hard feelings from me - I am here to support you on your journey, whichever pathway you choose.
