I offer counselling and psychotherapy services in Colchester, Essex, drawing from my diverse background as a second-generation Southeast Asian woman raised in America. My experiences have deepened my understanding of the complexities of 'otherness'—the feeling of not fully belonging and being different from others, yet finding familiar similarities. Over a decade of living in England has further broadened my perspective, enriching my approach to therapy.

I specialise in anxiety, low self-confidence, and grief counselling whilst utilising an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach.
